If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, David Locicero, architect and owner of MyAccessoryDwelling.com offers an in person, on site consultation service. I call it an ADU Review. During the meeting we will speak about your plans and I will answer your questions. The purpose of the discussion is to evaluate the feasibility of adding an ADU to your property. The meeting generally lasts about an hour.
After the meeting, I will write the ADU Review, a report summarizing my professional opinion regarding the feasibility of your project. The report will include information about the potential and challenges of adding an accessory dwelling to your property. It will include information from your local Planning and Zoning departments as well as a description of the next steps.
All of this is provided for a flat fee of $750.
